Actress Joan Crawford was set to host and star. The series was proposed for the 1959-1960 television season. Filming for the show was reportedly set to begin in April 1959 and 20 episodes were planned, but Goodson-Todman Productions couldn't interest any of the networks in the proposed series. [1]
