Game Format[]
The fourth question scores double points and each future round scores triple points. The first family to score 300 points plays for $2,000. If the champions fail to score 200 points, they earn $3 per point. Beginning with the second week of the 2009 revival, the jackpot increases $500 for each loss and a win resets said jackpot to $2,000 on the next show. As of September 17, 2013, the winning family can win a bonus of $1,000 if the first player alone names all five top answers.
