Game Format[]

In contrast to US version, there is no "face-off" question, the award is fixed.

The first team to score 300 points earns 3 zlotys per point and can participate in the final round to win 25,000 złotys (15,000 until September 21, 2019).

After 3 seconds, when a team does not answer, a strike shows on the scoreboard. Teams have 3 strikes; after 2nd - rivals discuss. When 3rd strike appears on the side of the scoreboard, Strasburger goes to rivaling team and leader answers. The answer is the final word.

Stages 1~3 - scoring 1x.

Stage 4 - scoring 2x.

Stages 5 and above - scoring 3x.

Final round (accessed only when one team scored 300 (mentioned earlier) points) - no multiplier. Getting 200 points awards 25,000 złotys. Otherwise, the family wins three zlotys for each point. Leader chooses 2 people for the last round. First player has 15 seconds to answer 5 questions. The second one must answer the same 5 questions in 20 seconds. During second round, when the loud beep triggers, the contestant is told the answer is repeated and must give another one. In both cases, when the time gong sounds or contestant answers all questions, the host and player turns around to see the results. If time is out - scoreboard shows 4 dashes and 0 points for this answer.

When a team excesses 200 points before the final answer, Strasburger reads the #1 answers just after the scoreboard shows big number of won cash.

In 1994, the winning family won 25,000 pre-1995 zlotys and played for 100 million zlotys. A losing score in the final round earned 25,000 zlotys. When the hyperinflation period ended in 1995, each point earned 2.5 zlotys and a win in the final round won 10,000. The payouts were increased to 15,000 zlotys or 3 zlotys per point by 1998.
